First of all, don't stop your shopping: get ready to start again with all the trendiest clothing of the season. Your customers are excited to finally go shopping and feel pampered. Also because children grow up quickly, who knows how many new things they will have to buy!
How to stay connected to your customers? First thing: use social media. How? Publish on your Facebook and Instagram page all the news that you are preparing for the reopening. New items, prices, new brands etc etc ... Make your customers participate in what awaits them!
Social media are an excellent tool to talk about new trends for the season. You can also invent a small contest: for example, get pictures of children wearing your shop clothes and the most creative photo earn a discount voucher to spend in the store!
Among the new arrivals, is there a garment that would suit your little customer? Write it to him, showing the photo and giving all the info on prices and sizes. This way you can offer to keep the garment aside for reopening.
To stay connected to your customers, the important thing is to convey the message that even with the shop closed you have never stopped: ideas, news and the ability to get up have always been with you!
